Morocco's Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch has signaled openness to dialogue, vowing government readiness to tackle corruption and underfunded services fueling a week of youth-led unrest that has left three dead and communities reeling from clashes with police.

The pledge came yesterday - a day after security forces killed three amid attempts to storm a station, capping demonstrations that erupted last Saturday over graft, slashed health and education budgets, and misplaced priorities like World Cup stadiums over hospitals.

"Politicians keep asking people to control themselves... but they don’t do any of this themselves," one demonstrator vented, voicing a generational cry against a system that "sees the country boiling" yet stays silent.

Akhannouch, addressing ministers, framed the response as institutional engagement: "Dialogue and debate within public spaces."

Protesters, chanting "The stadiums are here, where are the hospitals?" after eight women's deaths in an Agadir facility, slammed the heavy hand—rocks hurled, cars torched in the east and south, far from development's glare.
